— Three Submissions a month

You may submit multiple applications per month, up to a maximum of three per Screening Report issued by the selected screening provider. Provided that the Screening Report remains valid within 30 days from the date of screening.

— RentWise as an intermediary

Important Notice: RentWise accepts no liability for any outcome of your submission or application. Submission creates no right or guarantee of selection, response, or tenancy, as all decisions are made solely at the landlord’s discretion. The landlord’s identity remains confidential. Properties are offered exclusively by landlords, and RentWise has not inspected them. RentWise relies solely on the information and photographs provided and accepts no responsibility for their accuracy. RentWise acts solely as an online intermediary and provides no guarantee of outcome. It is always at the Applicant’s discretion to accept a property.

Acceptance of a property is entirely at the Applicant’s discretion. No fee is payable unless and until the property is formally accepted, at which point a one-time fee becomes due.

There is no need nor is it allowed to contact RentWise for the status of the decision by a landlord, as it acts purely as an intermediary.
